Section 1: Squad Leading with Notifications
Enable your outfit members to receive alerts when leaders start a squad, not just when they come online. This system uses two channels: a private channel for squad leaders and a public channel for notifications. When a squad leader comes online, they receive a private message with an "I am leading a squad/platoon" button. Pressing this button broadcasts a notification to all members in the public channel. You can add tags like @everyone, @outfit, or @notifications for better visibility.
First, designate your two channels:
β’ Channel 1 (Notifications): Where players see squad availability announcements
β’ Channel 2 (Leading): Hidden channel where squad leaders receive pings and access the squad button
Type these commands, adjusting as needed:
/designate Notifications #general/designate Leading #squad-leadingNext, link Discord users to their in-game names (IGNs) so only the logged-in player can press their button:
/assign @DiscordUser InGamePlayerNameAdd squad leaders to PS2Tracker's monitoring system:

Track when specific players come online, regardless of whether they're leading a squad.
Designate a notifications channel:

Allow any member to track any player using a designated channel, such as in the PS2Tracker server.
